VINTAGE Portable Ashtray - Brass w Pink & White Enamel Lid

Vintage portable/personal ashtray - a small hinged lid brass box with cigarette holder that flips out to one side once the ashtray is opened.

• Pink and white enamelled lid (made by Arta, Austria)
• Push button style clasp at the front

CONDITION

• The clasp works but is not strong enough to resist the lid being opened by force 
• Gold detail painted around the edge of the enamelling has worn in spots
• General scratch age/wear, all as pictured
• Not well designed - the lid is heavier than the base, so it tips backwards when opened
