VINTAGE 1960's Diamond China Cat Eyes Mechanical Alarm Clock | Running

1960's era alarm clock made in China, Diamond brand.

• Really cute design with a cat depicted on the clock face
• The cats eyes look like they are flicking side to side in time with the seconds hand
• Mechanical wind-up style
• Cream metal casing at the back with chromed footing and dial surround

CONDITION

• The clock runs and keeps time well but be aware that if you pick it up and turn it so that the face is horizontal it stops, then starts again once vertical
• The winder to set the alarm time (which is handily visible on the front dial below the Diamond trademark) is missing it's winding knob
• The alarm is not working; the mechanism to set the alarm time does work and the alarm bell winds ups as it should but the alarm is not going off when it should
• A service of the clock is recommended
• Some minor cosmetic marks to the body, all as pictured
