Education Department of Western Australia - New Windows to the World - 1990s Jigsaws & Posters - Unused
In Stock
Introducing a "non-sexist" box of educational resources for Pre-Primary and Year 1 from the early 1990s.
Produced by the Audio-Visual Education Branch in association with the Equal Opportunities Branch. Education Department of Western Australia.
6 study prints and 6 jigsaw puzzles. Unfortunately, the teacher's guide is no longer with us.
- I get the feeling this was designed for country kids. My favourite image is the woman drenching the sheep. The Dad looking after the kids just looks terrified.
- Images of women flying planes, fixing cars, driving tractors, filling fuel tanks, changing tyres, drenching sheep
- And then you have men looking after kids and dancing.... because that must have been all women did in the 90s
CONDITION
Excellent condition. The jigsaws are all still in plastic wrap.
The info booklet is missing. The box has some marks and scratches.
