Old school wind up tin toy, a child beating a drum. When wound the child's arms move up and down and the wheeled platform he is standing on scoots along.
Our range of metal wind up and push-along toys look and feel as they would have back in the late 1800s to mid-1900s.
This one is a modern make but not brand new and has some minor marks on it.
