Lovely antique bisque figurine - unmarked but based on style, a German made 1800's piece.
- Bonnet wearing girl riding side saddle on a donkey/mule
- Her hands are positioned as if holding reins - the original string reins are long gone but could be replaced
- Handpainted details
CONDITION
- Some firing flaws in the bisque, as is typical with pieces of this age. These show as fine splits in the surface, mostly on the base, with a few on the donkey’s belly area.
- Light wear to some of the hand painted details and in need of a thorough clean. It has been wiped over, but dust loves to cling to bisque.
DIMENSIONS
