It comes with the following:

• 1 x plastic eye that peers into your soul
• 1 x mouth that may have been nibbled by something
• 2 x hands that are the creepiest thing about this item

CONDITION

Bit dusty and the eyes do pop off quite easily. Otherwise in great condition... Just horrifying.
