•  All 28 title cards, 6 tokens (plastic), 11 hotels (should be 12), 31 houses (should be 32), 16 Chance Cards, 16 Community Cards, 2 dice, game rules and board
• I did not count the notes, but there is enough $$$ there to play.

CONDITION

• THIS ITEM DOES COME FROM A SMOKER'S HOME AND SMELLS AS SUCH.
• The board has some small damage and age marks throughout.
• The box is in fair condition with age marks all over and split at one corner.
• All pieces are discoloured from age but sturdy.
• The instructions booklet has torn along the seams.
