Antique Northwood carnival glass bowl - collar base. 'Wishbone' pattern which features orchids and art noveau type flourishes around a daisy centre. The exterior has a basketweave texture. Ruffle shape to the sides with a sawtooth detail on the bowls rim.
Green colouring wtih irridescent gold/copper/purple finish. The colours are very strong and vibrant. Made in the early 1900's.
A really nice piece!
CONDITION
There is one chip on the base collar style rim - the outside edge - and some smaller spots where there is a feeling of roughness.
There are some manufacturing flaws, including lines near the sawtooth edge and a small spot at the very centre of the bowl (on the interior side).
